We keep our delivery area relatively local so that we can get your pizza to you while it is still hot and at its best.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

​

Most orders will arrive within approximately 60–90 minutes from the time the order is placed.

Because Pekko's is a small independent kitchen and every pizza is prepared and cooked to order, delivery times can vary depending on how busy we are. At particularly busy times, larger orders or difficult traffic conditions may mean delivery takes a little longer. We would always rather give your pizza the time it needs than rush preparation.

Ordering Early Helps

If you already know you would like pizza later in the evening, ordering earlier really helps us plan our cooking and deliveries. Advance orders make it easier for us to manage the oven, prepare each pizza properly and get your order to you as close as possible to the time you would like it.

Delivery Addresses

​

Please make sure that the delivery address, postcode and telephone number provided with your order are correct. If your property is difficult to find, adding a short delivery note can be very helpful.

If we have difficulty locating your address, we may call the telephone number provided with your order.

 

 

When Your Pizza Arrives

Our pizzas are freshly cooked and are best enjoyed as soon as possible after delivery.

Because our pizzas are handmade a little movement of toppings or natural variation in appearance can sometimes occur during delivery.

 

 

Busy Evenings

​

As a small local business, there may occasionally be evenings when we reach the maximum number of orders we can comfortably prepare and deliver. If this happens, online ordering may be temporarily limited or certain delivery times may no longer be available. This helps us maintain the quality of the pizzas we send out rather than taking more orders than we can properly manage.

If you have already placed an order and need to update your delivery information or tell us something important, please contact us as soon as possible using the telephone number shown on our website.

Once preparation or delivery has begun, it may not always be possible to make changes.
